Learn about the new dynamic model for the Forces of Magnetism at this one day conceptual workshop endorsed, designed and presented by ANCC. This one day workshop will give you an understanding of how the 14 Forces of Magnetism and the SOE have evolved to define excellence and will provide experience in how to respond to the SOE. Intended for all levels of nurse leaders.

Objectives

  • Describe the history and evolution of the new generation Magnet model.
  • Explain the 5 components of the new generation magnet model.
  • Provide examples for sources of evidence from each of the five components using a framework for documentation.
  • Discuss the relationship of Empirical Outcomes with other model components.
